Dr Paul Luciani

Asia Pacific & India Real Estate Leader @ Ernst & Young | Corporate Real Estate Management. As the Asia Pacific Real Estate Leader at Ernst & Young, I lead the corporate real estate and property asset management of 500,000 m2 across 26 countries. With over 18 years of experience in this role, I have successfully delivered large-scale organizational infrastructure projects that align with the strategic and operational goals of the company. I have also created and implemented digital automation, indirect cost reduction, and workplace flexibility initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

Zrinka Lovrencic

Since 2008, Zrinka has been helping Australian organisations be their best, across a variety of industries working with them to assess their workplace cultures and support them as they seek to transform their organisations.
