I am a fully qualified Engineer with over 35 years of experience within the construction industry primarily focusing within the residential, commercial and education sectors. Throughout my career I have been able to deliver on multiple projects from start to finish whilst ensuring quality, safety, profitability and client satisfaction.

Throughout my experience as a Senior Project Manager I have demonstrated skills focusing on costs, optimizing resources, budget control, quality, risk, communications, scope, co-ordination of all services to meet time lines, human resources, client specifications and schedules. I am capable of undertaking Cost report reviews for all projects to ensure that effective procurement of resources, and quality and budget controls are being met.

I work well as part of a team and have excellent leadership and decision making abilities and aim to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. I am a capable team builder and am solutions focused. I have had direct experience with unions and have strong negotiation capabilities.

An architect and a designer with an interest in creating sensory experiences and multi-functional spaces. Studying Vernacular construction techniques, traditional handicrafts, and exploring hybrid crafting (fusion of traditional techniques with digital fabrication) interest her. Working on both architecture and interior design projects in the past, across a range of typologies ranging from public to private spaces, she has developed an understanding of movement within spaces and a base to experiment with to create memorable experiences and spaces that people can identify with and create a sense of community. Architecture has a subconscious effect on a user's psyche, and this is an aspect that has always fascinated her and user experience is at the core of her practice.

Through a master's degree in design, she experimented with hybrid crafting and using design to enhance, aid and solve problems, and apply design thinking to her architectural practice.

Sustainability being a core value she explores vernacular architecture to study construction practices specific to the local environment, using locally sourced materials in a contemporary context. She aims to blur the lines between nature and architecture, creating a space that interacts with its surroundings and changes over time.
