The Brief
The previous office space was at odds with Bravura’s vision, given their fixed desk policy resulted in a misuse of valuable real estate, especially for consultants spending large quantities of time out of office, and staff silos prevented collaboration.
They wanted their new space to be reflective of their everyday business functions while keeping the line of sight throughout the space given their new centrally located office space looked out over the river.
The Outcome
Through Axiom’s innovative design, activity based working was introduced and an attention to ergonomics was implemented through height-adjustable desks.
Scrum walls, quiet rooms and collaboration areas now reflect their interactive business practice. The central breakout area provides a connection point for all staff to increase connectivity and collaboration; and the ever important line of sight is maintained by way of a wall screen connecting reception to the breakout, providing visibility to the greater view beyond.
