PGIM is a global real estate investment business with assets in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Redefining the real estate investing landscape since 1970, PGIM offers its client base a broad range of real estate equity, debt and securities investment strategies that span the risk/return spectrum.
The Brief
PGIM were looking for a new property since their pre-existing space was 1/2 fitted out & inherited. They wanted the new office to be a perfect fit for their staff and needed some expert advice.
However, when the new office space was selected, the FoH did not reflect the nature of the company and had no standard reception area. Also, the new space had many awkward columns that had to be disguised, which limited the floor plans.
The Outcome
Partnering with PGIM throughout the property search phase, Axiom provided multiple space plans, design layouts and costings for multiple buildings to help them make a decision on the space that they could truly envision themselves in. PGIM selected their new location at Deutsche Bank Place 126 Phillip Street, Sydney.
Following the property evaluation phase, Axiom then completed the design & fitout ensuring a premium look & feel while working within the budget and time constraints. The FoH area in the new office provides access to multiple meeting rooms; therefore, the style and colour scheme was designed to strongly reflect the company brand. To disguise the structural columns, the Axiom team dressed them up by way of wall panelling plus interesting lighting and signage.
