To transform an aged building into a flagship serviced office space which aligned to Victory’s corporate branding & direction.
The Outcome
Our design & projects team were able to create a communal floor that incorporates a cafe, library, town hall & wellness space, whilst maximizing office space on the remaining 2 floors through efficient & innovative design.
