The Brief
The main challenge was meeting the companies objectives as well as the individual employees. They required various touch points throughout the workspace in order for individual staff and the wider team to collaborate. The client wanted spaces for events along with engaging town hall areas which was at odds with the dense floorplate.
The Outcome
Making sure to incorporate the total head count, Axiom delivered an efficient and dynamic layout which which can be amended as per the need. The front of house meeting rooms can be opened up for events with the possibility to carry out catering throughout the space. Open booths for collaboration were installed around the perimeter, along with project areas, and the breakout area can open up for town hall gatherings.
The initial workplace strategy workshops drilled down to determine elements that the AC3 team wanted in their space, therefore in addition to collaboration and breakout areas they now have a games area and much coveted coffee station.
